    • 2026 Congregational Lecture6:00 pm - 8:00 pm The Friends of the Congregational Library are delighted to present the 2026 annual Congregational Lecture. This year's lecture will be given by Professor Ann Hughes (Keele University) on the subject of "The Restoration of the Church of England in London Pulpits, 1660-1662: perspectives from the Congregational Library". Drinks and sandwiches will be served from 5:00 p.m. in the Farringdon Room at The St Bride Foundation, London. Please make your way to the Farringdon Room for 5:45 p.m. for a 6:00 p.m. start.

      Friends of the Congregational Library: Tour of the Treasures of the Library at St Bride

      The Friends of the Congregational Library will be gathering for a tour of the library treasures at St Bride at 3:00 p.m. The tour will take about an hour. Please let the secretary, Patricia Judd, know if you wish to attend. There is a suggested donation of £10 per person.

      Friends of the Congregational Library: AGM

      The Friends of the Congregational Library will be holding their AGM prior to the lecture at 4:15 p.m. at The St Bride Foundation in the Farringdon Room.
