The Congregational Memorial Hall Trust and Westminster College, Cambridge, are pleased to announce a new partnership which will see the Congregational Library relocated to, and working out of, the College.

There are numerous synergies between Westminster’s current library and archives collections and that of the Congregational Library. We all look forward to a new epoch when the Library’s collections are promoted and Westminster becomes a place of research, discussion and conferencing, celebrating the Congregational and Dissenting heritage and exploring its continuing contribution to Christian life in these nations and beyond.

Our formal relationship begins on 1 April 2024 with an initial plan to relocate some of the Library’s collection to Cambridge. This will be a platform from which we plan to establish in stages a close and fruitful partnership over the coming months and years.

We look forward to the continued support of current stakeholders, and to finding new friends and collaborators, as we promote and advance this new and exciting venture.
